The salary for the position is around 40k to 45k per year, plus commission.  The position is also eligible for health and life insurance, PTO, and 401k.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Respond to inquiries from prospects, customers, Travelers’ agents regarding the Wedding Protector Plan policy and rates.

Assist with making outbound calls to wedding professionals, venues, and agents on the need for private event insurance.

·Serve as the liaison with the insurance company in obtaining client data and underwriting information to help secure coverage.

Review and process any applications that the system cannot automatically process.

Manually process any changes that the system cannot automatically generate.

Complete applications and change forms as necessary to secure policies.  Deliver policies and endorsements via email to customers if necessary.

Prepare and process policies, certificates of insurance, additional insured endorsements, and cancellations as necessary.

Compose and prepare correspondence to prospects, clients and insurers.

Mail and email brochures on the WPP to prospective clients, wedding professionals, venues and Associations.

Perform ongoing quality control file audits for WPP.

Assist management with prospecting and marketing plans, etc.

Job Description:
